The Business Factory is a complex which comprising eight serviced offices, two meeting rooms, reception, kitchen, two bathrooms and pallet storage.

 

Each of the office spaces is equipped with:

 

  • Workstations and office chairs for 2-4 staff

  • Reverse cycle air conditioning in each office

  • Carpeted floors and vertical blinds on external windows 

  • Multiple data points for network connection of computers, printers, telephones and internet

  • 3 x double powerpoints to power your office equipment

  • 1 x digital telephone handset (including call costs to Australian numbers)

  • Business NBN internet via LAN and wifi access

  • Lockable internal office door

  • 24/7 Secure tag access to building and back to base security alarm

  • Electricity usage for normal office activities

As a Business Factory tennant, you will have access to the following services: 

 

  • A friendly atmosphere with like minded entrepreneurs who are growing their business

  • A secure environment with a back to base alarm system and security tag access

  • Your office cleaned fornightly and toilets weekly

  • On site management - The owner of the Business Factory operates ActionBrands from the facility and is on hand most days to assist 

  • Maintenance of the facilities as required

  • A weekly fee that includes all outgoing expenses such as call charges, internet access, strata and council fees and maintenance expenses.

 

Here at The Business Factory there are a number of facilities available for tenants to use as they need. 

 

  • Shared reception area with visitor seating and air conditioning

  • Kitchen area with refrigerator and espresso coffee machine

  • Two toilets, one with disabled access and shower facilities

  • 2 x meeting rooms with data projectors - The chill out room has a TV tuner, DVD player and theatre surround sound. Great for the Melbourne Cup 

  • Access to the communal carpark - Generally speaking those who arrive prioer to 8.50am will be able to access a parking spot within the carpark. At times you may need to park in the adjacent street

  • Many tenants appreciate the local courier and postal service which will deliver direct to your desk
